Passionate about karate and drawing on extensive experience in both practice and teaching, Eric shares the core values of traditional martial karate with rigour and care.

His journey was enriched by several years living in Japan, where he practised karate and developed his command of Japanese.

His approach is authentic, progressive and tailored to each individual, respecting every student's pace and potential.

Our style

Shito-Ryu

Shito-Ryu is a major traditional school of karate founded by Kenwa Mabuni. Its roots lie in several Okinawan karate traditions, notably Shuri-te and Naha-te.

This rich heritage is reflected in the variety of kata, precise technical practice, the pursuit of effectiveness and the emphasis on self-control.

At the club, we practise well-rounded, demanding and accessible karate, where learning technique goes hand in hand with respect, discipline and self-control.
