Karate

The way of the empty hand

Karate uses all of the body's natural weapons (fingers, open and closed hands, forearms, feet, shins, elbows, knees, head, shoulders…) to block attacks, subdue an opponent or strike.

Kihon: fundamentals, stances, blocks and strikes
